Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of these meds do have that side effect of weight gain. The word is that the zonegran can actually cause weight loss so that is the only side effect I am hoping for. I think it is great that your Annie only has the one med to take: that is our goal but it has been a while since Amanda was on only one. I wish you continued success!!
